I went in to order and find out where I was. My first stop as I was from out of state. Was told dining room was not open but since I was in the truck he would take my order. Person was not very friendly. My first restaurant experience in the state of SC and it was less than pleasant. I thought customer service would be the same from state to state. I must be wrong. I order on the app and scoop up curbside so it’s been hot and accurate recently. I can’t speak for just regular Drive-Thru or dine in. Doordash is a hit or miss because this location does get really busy at certain times. So you have to be REAL specific that all your items are in the bag. The aggressive manager needs change his attitude or not work instantly! He is horrible in ordering and in customer service. Last time I had a brother ordering and he politely wanted some condiments and dragged my bro with an attitude. And while my brother was getting his drink he told my brother that he should’ve threw it at his face. Not a way to treat your costumer’s… he should be fired! Service: 1

This place is ridiculous. The employees are CONSTANTLY yelling and FIGHTING each other EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in. THEY ALWAYS leave something out of your bag or get your food incorrect. I EVEN LET THEM KNOW that I was missing some of my food and the dude proceeded to YELL AT ME saying I got my food and to leave. All I said was “where is my second fry?” And I wasn’t rude about it, he proceeded to yell at me that it is in my bag, which it wasn’t. I know it wasn’t because his co worker even asked him and said the same thing I said and he started yelling at the co worker. This place is extremely unprofessional and just not worth it. I feel bad for the employees who are young and starting out that actually try here and get yelled at by their co workers who are 40 and have nothing better to do. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overall a decent McDonald's. I've had more good experiences than bad ones here. Like I guess anywhere else they've got their great nights, and on a few occasions their not-so-great nights. On this night the speed was great but the quality of food was not-so-great. Fries were soggy and lukewarm. On the other hand I've been able to say - without a doubt - that that I've had the best tasting McDonald's food I've Ever had at this particular location. I ordered 10 McDoubles on the app from home. It took me 15 minutes to get around there to kthe store. It took me another 15 minutes to get connected to the Wi-Fi to get my order. The app said it would be two to eight minutes I waited another 15 minutes to get my order. When the order came oemployee complained about me holding up his production line with my large order. When I finally got the orders home they were cold, they didn't have the right lingredients that I ordered on them, they were made sloppy, and they were crushed in a bag altogether.
