Everyone was nice and the food was good. I order two mcchickens and one was the regular mcchicken party and then the other one had a Chick-fil-A chicken patty on it so that was weird. And then in the bottom of my nuggies was a fried roach which was also weird. Went through the drive thru on 9/1 after ordering on the app. Was told I had 2 orders and after explaining I didn’t and there was a glitch on the app l, was told I needed to take both it could give it to an employee. I refused and spoke to a manger who ultimately lied and said I needed to call to get a refund because they couldn’t do it at the store. Area supervisor Latosha Fields attempted to contact me but I was at work so could not answer. She emailed me, which I replied to and even after giving some extra time for a reply due to the holiday, I have not heard back nor have I received a refund for food I did NOT take. Use caution using the app at this store as they will outright lie to you about how things can be fixed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went here expecting a normal McDonald’s experience, oh how wrong I was. The guy that took our order and brought it out was simply awesome. He apologized about the wait and the wait was not bad at all. The food was all fresh and hot and the quarter pounder I got was…..it’s hard to describe….let’s just say I’ve had sit down restaurants that couldn’t compete. I don’t know how he did it but that was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. They exceeded all expectations by a long shot. I wish I had the guys name so I could give him a shout out because he was awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I walk in the dining room, and stand there. They saw me walk in, and let me stand there. Then 3 minutes later, a lady said they couldn't take my order. She said the lobby is closed. But the door was unlocked, and no sign on the door. I'm hauling a large & tall trailer, I couldn't pull through the drive thru! Extremely angry! I walked over to this McDonald's, because I couldn't pull in the parking lot.

This location was visited on July 13th. My family and I were just stopping through so we decided to dine in. The first thing we had to do is use the facilities. In the women’s restroom there was no soap and not very clean. My husband indicated that in the men’s restroom there was approximately 4 inches of water on the floor it also wasn’t clean and had no soap either. This location just wasn’t all together kept up. No ice, no napkins, low on cup lids. And not the cleanest. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have to agree with the last review 6 months ago that this was by far the worst experience that I have had with any McDonald's. We walked up to the counter and stood for 3 minutes of us standing there alone and the workers looking at us and continuing with what they were doing. They could have maybe responded by saying we will get you in a minute but nothing at all. This woman finally walked up to the register and told us that we were suppose to order from the Kiosk. I spoke to her and said, "Good morning to you and smiled." She looked at me and barely responded to that and I could tell that she was aggravated for having to wait on us. We ordered our breakfast and the entire time her tone was in an agitated manner. The soft drink machine was out so I ordered the lemonade. I stepped back for my husband to order and he said after he ordered she gave him one cup and walked away to the back. I realized I didn't have my cup so I walked back up to ask for a cup. Our friends who came with us walked up to order and there was no one behind the counter and they waited probably about 5 minutes before another woman walked up and told them to go order on the kiosk which to her tone and manner that she addressed them he responded with, "no, I think we will go down to the IHOP. Peace out." They walked out but I mentioned to her that I needed my cup to get my drink at the drink bar. She was ticked by this time at our friends and responded to me by saying, "She told you she had to clean the drink machine!" I said I'm sorry I didn't hear her, I apologized and she told me the same thing again cause she heard my husband say that the other lady didn't tell us anything when she walked off. She looked at me again and said SHE TOLD YOU SHE WAS CLEANING THE MACHINE, for the lemonade. Her tone totally ticked me off and I walked out of the restaurant that moment without a drink. I felt for the couple behind us because I felt that since she was mad that they also probably dealt with her bad attitude. I don't go in restaurants to critique them but I know this by far is the worst treatment that I have EVER been treated as bad as these two women who HAD to wait on us did.

Slow service all around. Ordered on the kiosk and stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while several workers noticed us waiting. Ordered food over 20 minutes ago and still have not got it Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

On 5/12/22 we were serviced by the most friendly employee !! Her name is Asia Harris Valluzzo. We had the best experience and wanted her name so we could recognize her for making our day so pleasant ! This is a bit late as we were traveling, but we wanted to make good on our promise !!
