Place and menu has changed. They beefed up (no pun intended) the burger menu. Got a lot better choice than before. Other items have been added also. Came for lunch and ice machine had no ice. Ordered pies, they bring us our food only had one pie. Didn't tell us they were out or ask if we wanted our money back. Very RUDE employees. Husband ordered a Quarter Pounder and got a regular cheeseburger. When you spend 42.00 on lunch you surely expect to get what you pay for. Insanely busy. Loud. Tons of people inside and at the drive thru. Employees worked hard. But it was insane. I would try to never stop at this location again. P.S. both bathrooms were not good. This location has to have the rudest staff of any McDonald's I've been to. While we were ordering the young lady taking our order kept cutting us off and saying, "anything else" repeatedly. When we asked for one additional sauce for each 6 PC kids meal (only gave us one) she said "we charge extra for that." When we asked for ketchup she said the same thing, "we charge extra" and closed the window on us. We had already been in the car for 7+hours and just wanted some food. I would not recommend stopping at this location at all! Go across the street to Burger King instead because clearly us ordering food at 7 PM was an utter inconvenience for the staff at McDonald's. Standard mcdonalds, although I'd rate the building above average as it appeared to be pretty new. I rate service as unacceptable because it seems they want you to order from the self-service kiosk. Since I despise them, I waited a short amount of time at the counter for someone to show up. What's next, self-service grill? Breakfast was quickly prepared but also hot and fresh. Probably one of the best McDonalds breakfasts we have had in years.
