Sandwiches are good. Kiosks are out of service. No one at the ordering desk. I ordered one large and medium fries from the person at the counter and asked me to buy 2 large fries because he entered it that way. No welcome or basic respect. No interest in talking to customers. I never have high expectations from fast food establishments. But this was one of those occasions where they really knocked it out of the park. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Everyone on staff that interacted with me was friendly. And the service was quick. The food was good but the service was very much rude to me and was not patient. Didn’t show courtesy that I was a customer trying to order. Went to the drive through and waited 38 minutes for 4 mcdoubles when EVERYONE ELSE GOT THEIR food..... Why make me pull up and wait?!! They all seem to be moving towards less service at the registers so you have to use the app, kiosk or drive thru. I DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!
