They could definitely step it up a notch! Unfortunately the last few times that I've been there not only did they mess up my order they messed it up multiple times during the same visit and after that last time during my last visit I just gave up if you're not going to get it right after two or three times I'm just done I took what I had and I just ate it because I was over dealing with them. Employees were kind but they just lack common sense and listening skills as well as focus or attention, I'm not quite sure what the real problem is but if they could get it together, they would be a killer place to spend my hard-earned at🤷🏻‍♀️. This is ridiculous. The employees and managers are rude as all get out. My orders are almost ALWAYS messed up. I got two doordash orders because they messed one up and doordash did redelivery, and my large fry wasn't even halfway full, and they were COLD, and so was the big Mac. It's ridiculous. After 10 minutes I still could not pay with cash so I left and went to another restaurant, bojangles, and purchased my tea I wanted. I’ve been sitting in the drive through spot for over half an hour. Three others gave up and went inside. I can’t go inside. I tapped the horn and got the young man’s attention at the window; he came out and took my receipt. 15 minutes ago. Some are being served, some are not. I’m not. Can’t figure out why? My order is 1 Quarter Pounder, no cheese. That’s it. Nothing that requires 30 minutes prep. Where’s the manager?? As an Out of state customer I am never passing through again. I would go the extra mile to another McDonald. One male worker was loudly expressing how he hated his job and couldn't care less to get fired. Then either they answered you rudely or just ignored you and rolled their eyes. I ordered from there through DoorDash. Got some nuggets, fries, a Carmel frappe, and got a free shamrock shake with it. Cor starters I didn’t receive any of my sauces, the fries were hard and cold, my large frappe did not have whip cream and was only half filled, it also tasted like it was burnt coffee and the shake was completely melted and 90% just mint syrup. When I contacted DoorDash they gave me $2 credit even though I spent $21 and some change. Absolutely ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Girls that work here are the greatest. Most hard working. Even christmas day they all showed at different hours to be there for the people of gastonia. You treat them right, you get treated right. It’s 5am. I just got off a 12 hour night shift. I drove 50 minutes to get here and they tell me their system is down. Then I ask if they have any leftovers and they tell me it’s breakfast only. So if your system is truly down, why is there a “breakfast only.” Strange. The lady just now was extremely rude. I will never go to another McDonald’s again. All I wanted was a meal after a 12 hour shift. If your system is down, don’t falsely advertise your store as 24 hours. Service: 1

What can I say about the food? McDonald's is McDonald's. But the service here is less than par. I've waited over 30 minutes for my order.
