I ordered hot coffee using online. But they said it is not available, and they made other beverage. But I didn't want that. I asked about a refund for coffee. But they said they can't. It's their fault. why do customers handle their fault? I usually get great experience here. But this time, I was really disappointed. They are always fast and efficient! They have friendly staff. Like most Mcdonald’s they have their days i’ve been coming to this place for years because it’s close to home. I always get a good experience whenever i’m there and I know most employees by their names now! :) Great people. Came to get some food and ordered on the mobile app. I was finishing up my order in the window with no one waiting behind us when we told the man who answered over the speakerphone asked us to get out of the line because we were holding their times up. Idk what time we would have been holding up for them with no one else waiting, or how people who need a minute to look at the menu would have been able to order being rushed out of the drive thru line. Came through the drive through for breakfast and ordered and oatmeal. When I got home I opened my oatmeal and it was all liquid… something didn’t look right. So I went back to the McDonald’s and told them it wasn’t right and they gave me their packet of oatmeal and basically wanted me to remake it myself. I knew I shouldn’t have accepted that because that’s the whole reason I came to McDonald’s because I didn’t want to make anything myself. So I then came all the way back just to have them remake the whole thing when they should have done that to begin with. I always have a good experience here. They are really quick and efficient with the mobile orders which keeps me coming back. Saves me time! Also really good deals on the app two medium fries for $3 is a good deal!

I absolutely love this McDonald's because they are quick, their service is on point and their food is never cold! Not too mention that I go there so much, they already know what I'm there to order or they know what to expect as far as breakfast and dinner time. The employees are very friendly and nice, there service is amazing. The manager on first shift has her moments but she means well. And the manager on third is always sweet to me. This is the only McDonald's I go to, I won't go anywhere else in Gastonia! I highly recommend that you go to this McDonald's. You won't find better service, or friendly employees like the ones at Union Rd. The app makes breakfast quick and easy. I order on my way out the door because McDonald's is three minutes away. It's ready when I get there. The two dollar breakfast sandwich deal in the app makes it not much more expensive than making my own, and this saves me time. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I have had the worst food at this location. The fries are always cold and under cooked. And when you ask the staff for hot fires the give you hot under cooked fries. This is my third attempt coming to this location. I will not be returning. If I use the mobile app and spend $31 on food I except staff members to care that it’s hot and fresh. Food is expensive. Ended up here because Wendy's across the street was closed up the service here was okay the drive-thru lady did not give you a total at the speaker so it's surprised what you owed when you got up to pay her where I could have had my change out and paid her what I needed to pay her and change but couldn't.
