I got buy one get 1 for a,dollar. Got mcnuggets and mccrispy fries and coke. Driving home something awful. When i got home i was going to eat the sandwhich. It was charred beyond means. The nuggets didn't taste like they used to. McDonald's would replace my sandwich but i really not to try it. Matter fact Wendy's nuggets are better. Guess i am tired of McDonald's for awhile. This McDonald's was great as far as McDonald's goes. Fast friendly service, late at night, and everything was fresh. If you're leaving Cedar Point don't hesitate it's better than most! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stayed at Castaway Bay and went here because my son is very picky. The drive thru was wack! I had a mobile order. They pulled us. Thinking atleast it will be fresh. It was so old like they made it at 11 and we got there at 2. That Bad!! No lie!! We ordered the family meal and a double cheeseburgh meal. Then pulling out of the pulled spot you back right in to the drive thru line. The worst McDs we've ever visited!

Absolutely worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I placed my family's order through the app at 10 pm and was given a turnaround time of 2-5 minutes. I am understanding to a point but when several large groups came in and placed their order AFTER me and got their food before me, I was ticked. I saw my order ticket on the counter and watched several employees ignore it. I finally asked what was going on and got no real response. At one point, I had seen someone who appeared to be the manager ask about it but quickly move on to other orders. The last time I asked (after watching my order ignored for close to 20 minutes) I heard the "manager" say "well I keep asking for it and nothing happens so I just stopped asking..." I WAS STILL WAITING! I understand this is a busy location close to Cedar Point but the handling of this situation was beyond ridiculous. Staff were very inefficient and slow to get food and drinks out. Paid for cheese to be added to my sons happy meal burger (not sure why it had to be ordered this way in the first place) but turned out they never added it which resulted in a disappointed kid and mama after having to wait so long.
