Use to love this McDonald’s. The last year its went downhill, everytime I’ve gone here.. the buns have always been burnt. Soda tastes sour..& overall horrible service. Pulling up to the drive through at 9pm here giggling and laughing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked for mayo on my mccrispy and honey with my nuggets- I didn’t get any mayo, nor did I get any honey. Now im stuck with dry a$$ chicken because someone doesn’t know how to do their job right. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. I get it we all hate our jobs, but it is literally SO easy to read “add mayo” and simply ADD MAYO and add the sauce. Please learn how to do your stupid job that you hate.

Don’t use the mobile app if you’re going to this McDonald’s despite showing the correct address in my app, they tried to claimed they didn’t have my order in their system, but I could tell they we’re just cancelling the order and trying to get me to reorder…probably the managers bright idea to increase profit margins…instead I’ll just avoid going to this location all together. Just waited in the backed up drive thru line to be told that they were only open for DoorDash orders?? Pulled over, tried to place a pick up order on DoorDash and it was blocked out for pick up. Went home, placed a delivery order on door dash. DoorDash was delivered with several missing items. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

All I have to say is the manager CHRIS is the most unprofessional/disrespectful/ not sure how this guy even got this position but you definitely deserve that low paying job that we won’t ever come back too!! I ordered 3 chicken nugget happy meals and drove 7 miles to drop the kids off their food and they opened their boxes and there was no chicken nuggets in any of the boxes. So I went back with the boxes after my fries are all cold and Chris the manager tells his worker to just put warm chicken nuggets in the boxes and he is good to go. So I said hell no let me talk with Chris and he comes over no sorry or no apology just gave us new boxes that had everything but no apple slices in it and I told him I want my money back to and wouldn’t refund me for his stores error. So I told him I will be calling your supervisor/corporate store and will be letting them know about this situation. Chris replied that’s fine it’s not like it hasn’t happened before. I don’t know who the hell put this guy in this position but this immature childish boy needs some help literally or some professional teaching. Shame on your supervisor that hired you!!!! I was surprised of how fast the service was considering some fast food places are not even close to pre-COVID service level. The restaurant was clean, we ate at the location and had great service, is it remodeled and overall I would for sure not doubt on returning here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Between the hours being incorrect, orders most of the time being incorrect, and forgetting you at the drive through after saying just a moment and then helping several others in the other lane…this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, management needs to be shaken up or owners need to start caring.
