Updated: literally stinks. Not evem open to their google hours and was in line took the persons order who rolled in seconds before me but when i rolled up said they were closed. Take your money and business elsewhere. Depends on the day, hour and minute what kind of service it is. Took me 40 minutes to get through the drive thru one morning. I had a decent sized breakfast order for my coworkers and I. Yes I had to pull up and wait but it was expected as I had 6 breakfast sandwiches. The staff was very polite and they got to me within a very reasonable time and it was accurate! Great place for breakfast!! After waiting around 30 minutes for them to bring food out. Still didn’t get it had to go in and the had to redo order and make it again. This is ridiculous. 45 minutes later get food. Two burgers and two fries. Didn’t even offer a gift card for free food to make up for it. Don’t think I’ll return there. Another car waiting by me a lot longer had to go in and get his food to. This place is getting ridiculous. The fries are usually an hour old, and service is slow as all hell, and this.. this is what we get for a burger now... we're done going here. And I think a lot of other people are tired of the subpar mcdonald's we have to deal with in bago.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a mobile order at 5:10am but they're not taking orders till 5:40am? So now I'm waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot because I would have to go through a process of getting a refund (due to it being a mobile order) if I decide to go home. Because this is the closest location to us, we don't have much choice but to come here. The issue is consistency because there is none. Our order is messed up some way, somehow, every single time. Even if it's just coffee, it's messed up. They forget fries, they mess up a sandwich, forget sauces, etc. It's so frustrating because it happens alll the time. Of course, mistakes happen, but this is beyond that. We've wasted so much money there over their mistakes. The management staff is very unprofessional when you voice your issues.
