I got into store at 6:12. Had my food in less than five min. I was eating in. It was not all just piled up. It was orderly. All condiments were with the order. The young black man with dreadlocks was polite and efficient. A good man on board. I was eating in less time than I thought. No one was eating in yet and heat was not doin much the eating area was clean and well prepped for it's next day. Glad I stopped fory breakfast. I did not give 5 stars to atmosphere because it was cold sitting in the store. 30 degrees out but in could be warmer than it was. Have a great day!!!!! The Staff here is some of the best! Always do curbside and order is delivered quickly and always correct! I seem to interact with Dayquan a lot and he's a wonderful young man! The Manager, Annie, is always pleasant & professional too! I have Rewards so I'm here frequently for my free/discounted food! Thank you to all for providing very nice experiences! Would rate a zero if I could. I ordered two pumpkin pies and they said that they were out and asked if I would like apple pies instead. They gave me one apple pie instead of the two I paid for and said that was the last one. The apple pie that they gave me was four hours old and all dried up. 6/23/2023 at 5:35PM. We stopped for some cookies and a coffee. The female on this shift deserves more than 5 stars. A thousand stars would be necessary for the service she provided. She had us laughing while we waited and also managed to take care of everyone who waiting for service at the front. She gave us fresh cookies and even threw in a little extra for the wait. I work as an EMT and had one of the worst calls a night ago and she didn’t even know me and made my whole day. So thank you, she deserves a raise and a half!
