we've gotten several burgers that were either both top buns or both bottoms buns. I will say they are fast and friendly. You'll love this place if you like being asked to wait 9 minutes for the coffee machine to be cleaned only to sit for 30 minutes outside while your food gets cold and they completely forget about you. After those 30 minutes not one thing offered to compensate. 30 minutes of my time cold food all over priced this place is truly a gem if these things I've said are what your looking for in eating out at mcds. I had my kids bday party there and they were very gracious about decorations and staying for a long time. The manager also gave me 2 zip ties in a much needed time! Maybe the best McDonalds we’ve ever been to! They were fast and efficient, and the food was honestly so good. We had breakfast McGriddles and McMuffins along with orange juice to drink, and it’s some of the best orange juice I’ve had other than my homemade juice! Very impressed! Had a burger,Nuggets, and one heck of a great time. I can't recommend this diamond in the rocks enough!!!! I'm there every day now and it's done wonders for my health and social standing in this cosmopolitan community we call Rockdale Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Fish

I almost always get something I didn't order or something is missing from my order. It's really just hit or miss. The service is usually always great tho and despite all the inconsistencies, I dont think they deserve less than 4 stars. Several months to a year ago I would've rated this establishment 2 stars but they've gotten a lot better! Be patient. This is fast food ya know?! We placed mobile order, walked up to the counter, waited much longer than normal. I know it was busy but a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long ways. We were being ignored while others were being served before who’d come in after us Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This McDonald’s continues to disappoint me I’m a Shift lead over at Dairy Queen and we wouldn’t even do this . My family and I went in tonight and ordered food after our food came out and we ate we ordered our desserts. We ordered 1 Carmel sundae and 2 plain and also 2 pies. The pies were cold but whatever my biggest issue was the attitude of the girl who made our ice creams. She was rude and obviously didn’t want to be at work when my wife got the first sundae she handed it to her saying very annoyed “here” then when she turned away my wife asked for our other 2 plain cups. She rolled her eyes and said “oh” when barley puts any in the cups and slams them on the counter. All while the other employees are doing their jobs with a smile. We will never order ice cream again from here
