Everytime I come here. They're not taking orders. They have an excuse for everything. Employee told me they're taking orders due to shift change. What on earth does that have to do for ordering? It seems to me the they don't want to work. The McDonald's corporation needs to shut this location down due to their unprofessional attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is always on point (at least for me). I've never had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's. The food is good, the service is welcoming and friendly. I usually go during the late evening hours, so that might play a part as well. Based off that, I'd definitely recommend this location to anybody looking to grab a quick bite on. The way home. Getting my food is usually pretty fast here whenever going through the drive thru. My experience with the food has been pretty good so fast nothing has been cold or forgotten when bagged. This is one of the absolutely most unprofessional locations I've ever visited in my 34 years on Earth. This company has some nerve to carry itself the way it does when they literally sale edible poison. Shame on every employee here and those above them who implement some of the policies it does. The corporation acts as if people have not been paying them for decades now at inflated rates at that. I honestly think McDonald's and the CEO who stole it from the original two brothers are a form of Satan. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I get breakfast from McDonald's at this location Sunday mornings. Always great. But recently I had to go in with my son vs drive thru. I asked for Coke Zero and they said they had it. When I went to the machine, they did not. Which means they have been likely giving me diet or regular this whole time. I think staff needs to listen a little better and properly inform their customers. *Update - Coke was flat and none of the hand sanitizer machines worked. This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s ive ever been to. As soon as I walked in a girl looked at me then went back on her phone and talked to her co worker and then they argued over who was going to take my order because they both obviously did not want to. Then after I ordered all the workers went back to being on their phones and talking instead of making my food so it took 30 minutes for my food to be done. When I got my food i was missing both my burgers and when I told the MANAGER she didn’t even say a word to me she just slapped two burgers in my bag then walked away. First and foremost, the customer service here ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAYS AT NIGHT is terrible!!! The ladies that were working have horrible attitudes. When they have miscommunication amongst each other, they take it off on their customers. Completely rushed me through my order and then got my order wrong. Not only was my experience horrible all the way around, my food was DEFINITELY OLD! The meat tasted extremely old like it was cooked hours ago and slapped on the burger when ordered. Please avoid this McDonalds especially at night, the service is terrible and food is old! Another disappointing McDonalds experience. The love upping the price of their food and serving you old food. mobile order this morning. I paid on credit card and used reward points. I was told at window sorry nobody is here to cook the food. This happened around 8am on Sunday morning Oct.1st. THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND REWARD POINTS. NO FOOD WAS SERVED. THEY BASICALLY ROBBED ME. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Edit: After I had made my negative review something changed. I have never had any issues with this McDonald’s in the past two months I always get a fresh vintage McDonald’s experience. This McDonald’s also appeared to have hired a new staff everyone is nice and friendly and people are doing their job for this I give this McDonald’s a five star a huge improvement from a one.Keep up the good work!
