Well 10 months have gone by and it still sucks. Getting worse. Prices up gravy portion down. Tomorrow I’ll go to Wendy’s. McDonald’s on Wilmington Island - Johnny Mercer Blvd. This is the last time I order gravy biscuits. It’s almost $4 for one (a single biscuit costs only $1.49 without gravy). They NEVER fill or half fill the container with gravy - so what am I paying for? If you don’t want to offer them then just take off the damn menu. I’m tired of getting ripped off. This Mc Donald's was disgusting inside and stunk terrible. Floors were gross and sticky, wrappers were strewn about, and the bathrooms were atrocious!! It looked like it was a nicer McDonalds from the outside bit sadly it was not, modern tables etc... but sooo gross , staff needs to clean this place up, no way this was sanitary. Food was your typical McDonald's flavor, hot and fresh. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

You have got to read the whole review...This was the rudest most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. I ordered two big macs and a large fry at 10:37 pm. When I got home the order was wrong. I went back again and spoke to the manager at 10:55 pm and she said they were closed and I should have come back earlier to correct my order. 13 minutes I was gone. The manager was so rude and nasty I could not even believe it. She said to come back in the morning and she would fix it. I came back the next morning and spoke with the same manager. First thing she said was"I thought you weren't coming back again." She would not correct my order or give me back my money. I have to say that I have eaten at McDonald's for over 30 years and have NEVER EVER been treated as badly... but I can say with surety that I will NEVER EVER eat at another McDonalds as long as I live

All signage and Google page says they are open until 11pm but they actually close at 10pm according to the employee behind the speaker. Pulled in at 10:20pm and sat in line for nearly 5min before anyone acknowledged. Please put a sign on the speaker, a cone in the drive-thru, or turn the lights off rather than ignoring people in the line. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

Above average for a McDonalds. They got my order correct and were friendly. McDonalds will never get high stars. It’s more of a convenience place when your hungry! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I was warned not to go... jokes on me. Charged me for the doubles I asked for sent me out with cheeseburgers. Didn’t realize it until everyone was eating the equivalent of a happy meal. Thanks for taking my call on the second ring and passing me around with all the staff. Next is a call to McDonald’s complaints.

Clean with great service. The team has made busy lunch time service fast and good. The only complaint is the ice cream machine"broken". Keep it clean and working. Maybe, an ice cream cleaner specialist. I get it. I had to clean one- not easy to do right. One the whole a great Micky D's. Went in to get some lunch and they were very quick and helpful, but what bothered me the most was the lack of assistance they gave the elderly customers. They would not take regular orders and advised people to use the kiosks or go through the drive thru instead. The few elderly people who just wanted a meal had 0 idea how to order their food. Thankfully a wonderful Kroger employee waiting for her own food stepped up to assist these people out of the kindness of her own heart. The staff refused to help and the constant yelling at one another clearly makes it a hostile work environment. Explains why they always close early or have no staff at all.

Just tried to go to this McDonald’s at 10:30 but they were closed even though it’s posted that they close at 11 why post that you are open until 11 every day if you aren’t this is just terrible Service: 1
