Ordered via drive-thru, paid, then was asked to park. I didn't mind but after 10mins of waiting, I decided to call. The employee that answered was beyond kind and very apologetic about the wait. Got my order within 2mins. Food was warm and the fries were nice and crispy! Todays (1/20/24) experience with McDonald's was lacking at best. Food was fine although 5 large drinks in one carrier should have been put in a bag. And forgetting the coffee and seeming put off when asked for it. And the entire time from the moment I ordered I could tell the girl working the drive through had an attitude. Do better. The last several times we've been here and management has not been nice. And they have one specific girl at register that literally made everyone's orders wrong when I went up to have out order fixed they weren't nice about it. Saying I ordered wrong but the girl at register repeated it 3 times to get it. N it still came out wrong. Unfortunately we won't be returning to this location. The restaurant was fairly new or recently remodeled. It was nice. That staff was friendly and the manager, Jair, provided us with great customer service. Sometimes a Mc Donald's is just a McDonald's. So, I've eaten a quarter pounder w/cheese at this location before and it was really good. This time it was alright, however the kid at the window asked if I wanted any ketchup for my fries. I said "yes, a couple of packets". I didn't get any but the burger had extra ketchup on it. I guess he couldn't see the register too good because of his blue eye shadow. Ha ha ! I put some French fries on my burger to soak up the ketchup and mad a pretty good new taste for me ... quarter-pounder w/cheese and fries/extra ketchup. Not bad !!! We were optimistic when arriving. The facility seemed clean, and there was an employee mopping. All the ordering kiosks were offline, and no one was up front taking orders. There was one couple eating, one single diner waiting on his food, and one car in the drive thru. After 8 minutes of standing there (with several employees making eye contact with us), my husband asked the lady cleaning if someone could take our order. She just told him to stay off her wet floor and turned around, and walked off. Finally, someone came from the back to take our order. The food looked great and arrived quickly, but was cold. The bathrooms were so bad. The stall door didn't lock on the men's restroom, and the women's smelled like raw sewage. One women's stall had no toilet paper, and the other stall had the roll of toilet paper sitting on the floor (the dispenser was empty). There also was no soap, and I notified someone of the need for TP and soap. Three different employees went in to use the restroom, so I was pretty sure they'd replaced the soap. After eating, I went in to use the restroom before leaving and there was still no soap, the toilet paper wasn't restocked, and the roll that was there was soaking wet. There were several people who were waiting to get food that was forgotten from their order, and one couple waiting to order left. The staff at this location are really good at making customers feel ignored, and for that I cannot recommend this location. The workers opened up food after cleaning without washing their had and without wearing gloves. They also have a very bad attitude. They won't even give you a full refund after waiting almost 20 mins for order. And even then, it was wrong order again and was not handled properly by any of ataff including the Manger. Again, they reused the same incorrect sandwich and tried to give that back to me after other employees already opened it without washing hand or wearing gloves after having cash / trash. Our fry boxes were half empty, and they forgot our sauces for the nuggets! These kinds of issues happen every time we go there. How hard is it to fill a fry box? So much for my wife's birthday dinner. We won't be returning.
