So disappointed. McDonalds hire anyone nowadays, the sprite tasted so horrible i bet they don’t check or even clean the machine. Burger was burnt, only thing good is the fries. Worst McDonald’s ever; I moved to Laplace a year ago and always have had a bad experience decided to drop through and give it another go and I was so mad tonight was the final straw. Waited in line over a hour to be told cash only and they only had fish filet to serve. Everytime I visit here the food is cold even after waiting hours I don’t understand what the staff is doing the food is never fresh and the systems is always down. Management is terrible. The worker sitting on the front door parking spot curb smoking a cigarette was our introduction to this place and we should've just left. They put an entire out of order sign on the women's restroom door when it had 2 working stalls and employees hiding in them. The front counter clerk mumble yelled something not intelligible 3x with back turned to lobby and stuffing a drive thru bag till me and 3 other guests figured out she was yelling at US to order thru the kiosks and not the register line where no clerk ever came. Smoker outside comes in to take a break at the front booth, never washed hands, yelled she didn't want to be in the uniform so no one would know she worked here, kept telling 1 worker in the back to shut down the lobby (while 8 of us are in there standing and waiting to order or receive food with more coming in... then after 1 guy leaves and says "this place is disgusting and the service is terrible" the same lady runs up from her booth to shout at the other workers over the counter in a loud voice exactly what "that man said we are ..". Same girl stuffs some of our foods into bags, no name or order# used, never washed hands, talking to herself out loud abt not seeing her kids for 9 hours (it was 4pm) and addresses the people waiting "is you the dbl cheese? Is you the plain? Is you the nuggets?". Good lord. Hire better staff or close down!! I ask for fresh fries and always I said if you can't do it I just want the double quarter ponder and I usually get the two cheese burgers for my Lil son always cold cheese never melted on those burgers even if they say pull around waiting for your fresh French fries I been cooking for frothy years and I know it take longer than two minutes to cook a fresh burger and fries your company way of doing business is sad Service Take out

I would leave 0 starts if possible. How is this place even running? I’m at register waiting to PAY for 20mins… pathetic manager! When I told her I wanted to pay for my breakfast that I ordered at 10:15am she just walked away. Then proceeds to start cussing and name calling the CUSTOMERS INCLUDING MYSELF. Food is as good as you can get. Packaged neatly and tastes great. Hashbrowns aren't overdone which is good since they are nice and crispy. If working in the area the lines can get really long early I'll in the AM or 6 o'clock rush so be prepared to wait a little longer. Parfaits are a good healthy snack and their frozen frappes are amazing. Please hit the LIKE BUTTON!

Placed mobile order only to get to store and be told we could get no food. Because management/staff could not find keys to cooler to fix any Mears or food. Then wouldn't even refund money saying we had to do online. They had deal online for 50% off. So reordered at the next closest McDonald's and charged double . Whole situation was nightmare. Got my food from here thru doordash. I ordered the 10 piece McNuggets meal. Go NO sauces at all and NO straw for my frozen cola. There isn’t a person alive who is sane enough to eat these nuggets dry. I know it’s not the doordashers fault too cus the delivery bag was sealed by the McDonald’s bag stickers.
