It was a nice place to visit, it also has a good location with nice ambiance. The location is easy to locate. also, the staffs are also not accommodating, not friendly, always angry, and always in a hurry. I can give 3 out of 10 for over all experience. Drive thru service is slow and you have to wait in the parking area. While our order was delivered to the parking lot it was missing some ordered items. That relates to more waiting, they took our receipt to check the order and forgot to return it to us. We didn't get go ask for it anymore as we were in a hurry. They got our order wrong, missing fries on every order of the Fish and fry. How do you forget when its in the name?! Also, the spaghetti and fries(after we complained about the missing fries) was cold, like out the fridge cold. Im never going to a McDonald's in the Philippines ever; perhaps I'm spoiled by my love for McDonald's in the US but it was ridiculous to say the least. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Would like to thank them for trying to compensate on my behalf regarding my delivery order through Food Panda w/ a missing item. I was not expecting them to come back to me again after I got voucher from Food Panda - a fact I disclosed to Mcdo staff when they tried to get back to me. Anyways, I appreciate it all the same. People make mistakes and in this case, they compensated it good enough for me, as its customer, to be fairly satisfied. It is 4.5 but gotta round it up to 5. Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast
