VERY SLOW SREVICE. Waited 15 minutes for 4 Mcdoubles and a medium fry! The expediter of food orders was VERY unprofessional and I feel she really didn't care one way or another if I got my food at all. Worst service I have ever had at a "restaurant" in my entire life. I ended up waiting nearly a half-hour for my food. I ended up going to the front counter and they didn't even know what I order I told them 2 cheeseburgers but they should have known from my order that I ordered a meal and not just the burgers. At that point I was so frustrated that I just took the burgers and stormed out. I was very close to just walking out with no food at all, and this is not the first time I have had bad service here. Avoid this place at all costs. A few times in the past I asked for no onions or pickles and they always still put them on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It looked like the ceiling had some water damage and needed work/repair. There were missing tiles and water spots on the roof. Service was OK, even though it was busy that day. They need to go a little lighter in the salt with the fries.

Staff is friendly, food is hot, but it’s usually very busy sometimes there’s a wait but not too long, the workers keep everything moving quickly with as least problems as possible.
