Ordered frappe with shot of espresso and there was no expresso. I've ordered plenty of these at this location with no problem until now. When I addressed it the kid couldn't speak English and didn't want to do anything about it. Hate to whine but 6 bucks for not getting what you ordered is a waste. I'm not what's in here but it's really sweet. This kid didn't have a clue apparently. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I Don't visit this mcdonalds much but when I do it is usually very good although sometimes it doesn't Always taste fresh. But Most of the time it is fresh. The staff is usually Very Nice. I ordered a mocha frappe, person making it has no idea what I was saying. Kept asking if coffee or iced.. I’m like no all I can say it is cold but no ice. but also I don’t work there so no clue how to make it. Got ice, start coffee and a little bit of whip cream and chocolate. Completed my order and then got complete silence. No update to the screen, no confirmation. Said hello repeatedly. Nothing. Asked if anyone was still there. Nothing. So I left and went to Culver's which is what I would recommend of you're in that area. Update: decided to try again, mistake. Terrible everything don't go here. If I could give negative stars I would, they earned it.

Ordered 2 kids McNugget meals that was missing not only the sauce but didn’t have the correct amount of nuggets. Also ordered a regular McNugget meal and was missing sauce and correct number of nuggets. Hopefully they pay better attention. When did McDonalds lower their standards? No paper place mat for the trays, the drink machine doesn't have ice.....mmmmm warm pop and the big mac value meal is $8. I should of just went to a restaurant my meal came to over $10. I could have went to Denny's and had excellent service. Did I mention that I stood there waiting to be serviced for like 3 minutes before the manager even noticed me? At least the girl in light blue was hustling to get stuff done.
