The details on the app is not accurate on when it will be delivered to you. I paid the food already for getting nothing. You should have your own delivery boy or rider for the deliveries yet was advised that there is no rider picking up the booking. Also the refund will take 7-14 days even if the payment is not by credit card. Service Delivery Service: 1

Served flat Coke and when asked about it, said that they knew about the problem. Why are you serving flat soft drinks, especially if you knew about it!? Charging 16 peso for a side of mayo also seems pretty excessive for a McDonald's. Spent 1000 peso for 3 meals and you're charging for mayo? On the positive side, this is, by far, one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to in the Philippines. Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Fries is not new. I mistakenly ordered meal without drinks insted the cashier help me she ask me to repeat to fall in line in the kiosk again which I'm already at the cashier. Don't come and order at the drive thru during early hours like 5 am, they are under staff and to order like Big Breakfast it will take 10-15 minutes and you have to pick it up at the counter yourself. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

very poor customer service. I punch order in the machine and went to the counter to proceed for payment. Then the counter told me that the items I ordered were not available. Their kiosk is waste of time, too many staff inside the kitchen. Poor management!

Take note that upon ordering to the counter, and you received you receipt, you have to wait for the number at the bottom to be called. Just any fast food start up, they have a lot to improve on. When we dined in on a regular Tuesday, there was no queue. Unfortunately for someone who is used to their usual oredering process, this new sysem is confusing. The crew did not directed me as to where to go next or where to get my foods. It is new and I think that Mc Donald's is on that way to upgrading all stores to this kind of procedure.

Don't order in this branch. Always have missing Items when I order. I ordered pancakes . Then no Honey. I ordered Sunday. It's a half of a cup. I ordered 2 meal with harshbrown only 1 harshbrown came. Be responsible please.
