Everything was fine until the gave me my food I had looked in bag to make sure I had everything. Every time I asked for napkins, straws, ketchup they said it was in the bag them would expect to drive away. After the 6 th it’s in the bag I got home and guess what my 2 McChick me were not in the bag… nor were the napkins or straws. Please make this trigger . It was rude how they treated me and I felt so rushed. And they would not even let me talk to say what I needed…could not get Aime out of there fast enough. The food was great! I understand workers are busy and has other orders to make but why is there nobody at the cashier when customers need?? I’ve been waiting at the cashier for almost 25 minutes just for a Big Mac and a large Drink. I needed help because my order was taking so long. Was having a terrible day, put in an order for dollar fries on the app. I set it to my usual location, and it says it's at the location 15 miles away. I almost cried, my birthday is not usually this rough and this was the cherry on top. My husband went up and asked about trying to get the order transfered here. That's impossible. We were about to walk away, these things happen, but the guy gave us a free large fry anyway for the trouble. You weren't wearing a name tag, and the ice machine was spewing ice so you were already having quite a day. You said it did that all the time. Loved this place as a child, but now as a grown up, hearing stories from family and having my own experience, not so great. It's a once and a blue moon or so that we'll order from this location with no doubts until it didn't happened once, but three times already. It's always one or two of our meals from the order that is missing when picking it up. Honestly appalled at how I was treated at this location. Picked up my mobile order and drove all the way back to my house only to find out we were missing our 10 piece chicken nuggets. Drove back to this location, waited in the drive through; mind you I wasn’t angry or upset. That changed I spoke with the night manager or shift lead whoever he was. He was immediately annoyed and confrontational with me. It’s not like I was trying to get a bunch of “free” items, I just wanted the one missing item THAT I PAID FOR! The manager huffed and puffed and asked for a 10 piece, never said sorry, never asked what happened, just immediately mad. If I were the owner of this location I would get this guy some coaching on customer service, or better yet find someone more suited for a management position that isn’t going to throw a hissy fit, when he and his team drop the ball. We live near this location and come here often, but we’re all too willing to go somewhere else. There is always another fast food place. Younger workers not comprehending. Now I was just going to get a late bite, 1/4 pound w/cheese 7pm. Stated light ketchup light mustard. Only special instructions. I could feel the order taker wasn't getting it. Can't do ketchup. I said no ketchup instead. Light mustard. Okay. The label on the box said no ketchup, thinking all right peaked at the burger, before I drove home.... it was swimming in up ketchup. . Took It back. Why I'm not a fan!!!! This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever been when it comes to pick up orders. I usually end up waiting 20 minutes every time I am here in the morning. Not only that the morning staff is rude and disrespectful Today I walked in about 10AM after ordering food from work. I drive there and wait (like I usually do) for my order. Not only was I ignored after trying to talk to several people I finally get to talk to someone after about 20 minutes. She immediately holds up a finger to me like a child and tells me to wait. Comes back and says she doesn’t have my order wrong store. After that she tells me figure it out and walks off again. I’m starting to think customer service isn’t trained here? Because if managers act this way I can only imagine. Manage Chipotle downtown Minneapolis and would never act that way to a paying customer. Different strokes for different companies I guess. There was no one at the register at all. Long before that, I had already asked one of the employees I saw for assistance, but she had gone to tell the other employees but no one had ever stopped by the register. I stood at the register and the employees who were passing by just stared at me without ever checking on me. For the last time, my brother asked one of the employees for assistance close by again, but it took them fifteen minutes to take my order after saying “ok”.The staff member hurried my order and swiftly returned to her work, displaying an unprofessional attitude. Actually no stars from me. Yesterday 02/18/2004 I took my daughter to buy food. I placed my order at the drive thru, The guy messed up my order and tried to blame me for the order being messed up. He kept arguing with me that I should’ve told him I didn’t want nugget happy meal. I tried to explain that I did tell him and that I never mentioned anything about a happy meal. He kept going on I went to pay him at the first drive thru window As I was leaving he insulted me. Saying I have passive aggressive disorder. I went to the other drive thru window Asked another employee for the manager He then asked one of the other employees whom was a lady Where the manager was She also had an attitude asking him why? When she heard all that was going on. The manager never showed up. The first guy that took my order rushed up to the second drive thru window Aggressively, Looked at me in my eyes and said he doesn’t care if I told the manager on him I then got scared for my life Because my daughter was in the car Didn’t want to get attacked. I said I will call corporate The girl that asked why was breath breathing heavy As if she wanted to jump in my car also. All of this because he messed my order up And admitted that he doesn’t care about authority figures at his job nor his job? I no longer feel safe eating at that McDonald’s.
