Horrible service 90% of the time and the food quality is a hit or miss. I lived near this place for about 10 years and it was not always this bad. They handed me a mcFlurry that was leaking everywhere and getting all over the place. It dripped all over the passenger floor mats then I finally got the persons attention to give me napkins. The food was hot they do have some good deals like there 2 for 3 options. They have a 2nd FL where my children like to sit to eat. Afterwards the kids like to hangout and make tick toks and post on Instagram. The place is clean and is newly renovated. 55r4The people that work there are accommodating and have good service. They are just cheap with the ketchup. Also make sure you ask for fresh fries if you like your fries nice and hot. The breakfast burritos I got on December 12 were absolute garbage. Supposed to be egg and sausage: 2 for $3. Worst ever as I have gotten these before at other locations. Almost no egg and no discernible sausage. Mostly was a burrito type wrap with not much in it and would never even bother at this location again if there is no substance to be called anything. Service was rather who cares--just take it and leave. Reluctant to call them out on this as I ate in the parking lot and not sure who I'd even talk to in a drive through. Ive gotten breakfast sandwiches here before, but not the burritos. Once I'm burned at a place, I will never go back. Was on the road working and needed a quick bite. Ruined my AM. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in over 10 years, but I had a taste for a fish filet sandwich. Bad mistake, nit only did I sit in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. From the time I pulled into the drive thru that was 12 minute wait, them by the time I got to the window to pay, that was another 6 then to the window to pick up my order was 12 minutes. The soda I should have left when I realized the soda machine was acting up, I asked for light ice and got heavy ice, but I said okay, I'm not gonna trip even though I had to ask for my drink twice and hand her back someone else's order. When I got my food, I left. Well, when I decided to finally eat my food, which was 5 minutes later, my fries were Lukewarm, and the fish filet was so overcook that I must have gotten one that was sitting for a while. I asked for extra tartwr sauce, so there is no way when the person that added the sauce did not see that the fish was overcooked or old. I would have taken it back, but by me sitting so long, I had to pick up my my daughter in 10 minutes and take her to an appointment, so I had no time to take it back but one thing for sure and two things for certain, I will never go back to this McDonald's. I live down the street and have been eating at this location since it opened over 30 years ago. I usually don't have a problem, but the guy who waited on me tonight was quite rude. Let me start by saying that it was not busy. I was getting food for my mom. She wrote down what she wanted, so I looked at a note she wrote to make sure I got it right. First, I asked if something came with fries. The guy waiting on me said sharply, "Do you want it come with fries?" OK, not a big deal on its own, but then he said, "Are you nervous or something?" I wasn't, but what if I was? Is it so difficult to be polite? All this from a guy who mumbled and never once made eye contact with me. I shouldn't leave a business feeling insulted or irritated. I like this McDonald's more than some of them in Philadelphia. I like the beverage fountain being available to customers to pour their own drinks. It's open later for dining than some others. The staff is not loud and immature like some others. It runs like a professional place. They usually give me fresh fries. 🍟 McDonald's should only give customers fresh hot fries. There is a large homeless community on 69th Street. The cooled fries and other unsaleable items should be collected for charity. The burgers are usually fresh and well cooked. 🍔 I have no complaints about food at this establishment! Spent 28 dollars for nothing to come out edible. Soda machine broken and just kept messing up drinks. 4 nuggets in a 6 nugget box. Fries so hard they snapped I’m half. Waited at least 15 mins at the window without any one addressing us. The icing on the cake was my burger was completely under cooked. See photo.

I swear that one manager favors Meek Mills. Lol, unfortunately, I couldn't get his name but, He's a really nice guy. He always gets the food out quickly, and if he's backed up with a delivery,he lets you know instead of holding you hostage after paying.
