Ordered Sandwhich didn’t get what was asked and the fries are hard and only filled half way….. this was at 12:20……. Yes lunch time… prime time…..other than that. I ordered two big breakfasts with no buscuit I open the bag at work and have no pancakes or biscuits just eggs and sausage but paid full price worst service ever I called to get a refund and have to come TOMORROW on my day off to get it 😒 also I ordered on the app.. didn’t even have to order in person but can’t refund over the app? I ordered a happy meal with a squishmallow toy. When I got home I discovered I received a different toy. I returned the next day and was able to exchange the toy for what I ordered. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. I suggest when ordering a happy meal (or any order in general) always check your order before driving (or walking) away. The food was good and as expected. When I went inside to do the exchange I noticed it was very clean inside and seemed well managed. Waited half hour for my drive through order because they gave it to the wrong car and forgot to remake it. They gave me a free sandwich coupon. I used it. They gave me the wrong burger. I ordered 2 coffees and an egg McMuffin. I was asked to park and wait and it’s been over 15 minutes and other people are getting their orders and driving away. It’s always a waiting game at this McDonald’s. And they don’t even acknowledge that you’re sitting here for 15+ mins. Service: 1

I just went here after my doctors appointment this morning. I did a mobile order for a simple bacon egg and cheese mcgrittle, they took the money from my account but for some reason I didn’t have the confirmation number. The drive thru lady that took my order said they are having issues with the mobile order and to pull up to the second window to get my food. By the time I get to the first window, some other lady kept asking me for the number, I tried to explain my situation and instead of listening she insisted on me giving her to confirm number which I didn’t have. Anyways, I pill up to the second window, the lady follows and listens to me plead my case to the lady handing out the food. She says something in spanish to her manager and then that lady basically tells me, no number no food. I never got to talk to the lady that actually took my order despite me asking. Instead of causing a scene over a few dollars, I decided to drive away an unsatisfied and disappointed customer that won’t be coming back to this mcdonald’s. Today, I had an extremely frustrating experience with McDonald's and DoorDash. I placed my order with reasonable expectations that it would be delivered promptly and accurately. The store was open, and I even verified it before placing the order. This experience left me hungry, irritated, and disappointed. I expected DoorDash and McDonald's to provide reliable and quality service. However, this incident has made me question their ability to uphold promises made to customers. Communication between the driver and the store seems to be a significant issue here, and it resulted in an extremely negative customer experience. As a customer, I suggest that McDonald's and DoorDash consider the following measures to improve the service: Enhanced Communication: Strengthen communication procedures between drivers and restaurants to avoid incorrect information and unwarranted cancellations. Driver Assessment: Implement a more rigorous driver rating system where repeated mistakes or reports of false information lead to disciplinary actions. Compensation for Affected Customers: Offer some form of compensation or refund to customers who experience inconveniences like this. Driver Training: Provide additional training to drivers on the importance of accuracy and honesty in deliveries.
