I'm not sure they know how to make an order correctly. Once again the order is wrong. If you take it in to have it fixed, they scowl at you and bang stuff around like a tantrum. We just are here for a quick bite before heading to the beach and the crispy chicken sandwich was good and the pumpkin iced coffee was actually good too! I don’t always like McDonald’s coffee but this one was really good. It was clean inside and good for a quick stop. The food was hot and tastes good. The service was prompt. I went inside and ordered because if I'm going to eat fast food, getting in a few more steps was probably a good idea. It was cleaner than some other McDonald's I've been to. There were some of those paper fry packages on the floor near the fry station. Which, to me, is understandable, given how busy the dinner rush can be. You don't really have time to sweep until the rush has died down. You have to wait until you don't have to monitor the fry baskets like Polyphemus monitors his sheep in Homer's Odyssey. Anyway, the cheeseburger I bought was prepared the way I asked and my drink was cold. In the end, what more can you ask for, other than a few extra napkins? McD has come a long way. I love their chicken sandwich and their fry’s have always been a fav. That being said, service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a smiling friendly staff member sometimes you wait 30mins for your food only to have it stuff through your car window without a word of eye contact. I like the deluxe quarter pounder but it always has too much mayo & ketchup for my liking so I have to remember to tell them "light" other wise it's very good. The hot fresh french fries are great.
