I always go through the drive thru in the mornings. The employees at this location are the best! I pass many McDonald's on my way to work but I always go to this one because of the people. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5

I stopped by the drive thru last night on my way home. When I got to the pickup window, I was asked to pull up to spot number 1. All I ordered was a burger meal and a chicken sandwich. After 15 minutes of sitting there waiting, and watching at least 6 cars go through, I pulled back around and asked if they had forgotten about me. They handed me a bag of cold, soggy food and said sorry about that sir Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

So far so good most Mac location very bad but this location way better at least they smile a little and working happy together as a team not like other locations plus clean and fast+taste good 👌🔥

Do *NOT* use cash in the drive thru, they literally rob you unless you’re paying attention. They don’t account for how much cash they give you, Ishmael took cash and short changed me 1.50, not a big deal but when you do it all day long, how much can you make? Turns out he’s the manager of his own little kingdom and no one is above him so he can take all he wants. Absolute crook.

Restaurant seems to be kept clean and orderly.. However the customer service absolutely is the worst. I tend to come here for lunch, out of convenience from work. I am not sure if they in general don't understand, dont care to understand or choose not to listen when I order. Most of the time they get my order wrong- then feel like it's my fault when I confront them.. 😡 (Next day) Went thru drive thru asked for the 2 cheeseburger combo, no pickle.. I recieved 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup, mustard OR onion.. Although what I ordered, what was on the receipt and what I physically recieved were all wrong.. Beyond frustrating. . Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had a mix-upn with my order one day on a pretty busy day so I don't blame the workers but they took care of me and made it right x10! Wonderful customer service, food is hot and delicious and looks like the picture's which surprised me alot tbh.
