McDonald's is pretty near Murphy-Collins House & African-American Museum. Visitors can eat nicely cooked pancakes at this fast food. Clients don't like hamburgers and tea at McDonald's. According to the guests' opinions, employees can be creative. Many people say that the service is decent. This place is known for its peaceful atmosphere. But most guests who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Got there about 8:30pm after the parade. I can understand it was crowded after the parade. We order 2 Mcrib Meals and 2 kids meals. We wait and wait and wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting we find out they have no Mcrib sandwiches. We ordered on the kiosk. It didn't tell us they were out. I was now worried if we'd get our money back. While waiting one lady comes up to ask where's the 5 kids meals she ordered. She had to repeat a few times one cheeseburger meal and the rest chicken nuggets. She gets her meal. Probably an hour in we're still waiting. Everyone had finally gotten their orders and we were still waiting. Two of the people with us needed to leave because they have work early. After over an hour we finally get the Mcrib orders cancelled. We get a refund .I asked could we still get the kids meals. After waiting an hour might as well get the kids their meals. The manager does apologize. My friend finally get her order. They did throw in some extra fries for her which she gave us. We got extra McChicken sandwiches but the bread looked stale so I'm afraid to eat it. I don't know if stale sandwiches makes up for the time we waited. We had a party of 7. Two have work early and two have school in the morning. All in all we did get extra food. The fries were ok but the sandwiches were stale so I don't know if that justifies how long we wasted waiting. I always get an iced coffee or something small from here through drive-thru. Sometimes an iced coffee with fries. The staff are always so friendly and courteous! Even though service workers don't get treated with a lot of respect, the workers here are great and apparently there must be some incentive for retention because I've seen the same familiar faces for months and even a year or more for some folks. Even if there's a wait or you have to pull up for them to bring the food out to you, they're always nice. Last time I ordered fries, they were fresh and not too salty. One of the last times I ordered an iced coffee, the lady in the window actually asked me to try it before pulling off to make sure it was right and tasted the way I wanted! Because I had asked for a extra shot of espresso. The little things can make a big difference, and sometimes something as small as ordering an iced coffee, because of the friendliness of the staff, you leave in a better mood and happier than when you arrived! Terrible at 11:00 pm… half hour in drive thru only 5 cars. Order 2 quarter pounders they say they are out. We order 2 French fries they say they are out. How the heck do you run out of quarter pounders and French fries. Asked for ketchups for what we did order and no ketchup. Terrible attitude about it. Clean restaurant, reasonably fast service, okay food. Employees seemed uninterested, but got the job done. Fries got cold quickly were unevenly cooked, but the burger was alright, though sloppy. I was surprised with how clean the place was. If I am ever in the area again and want a quick burger, I will most likely come here. I was there in the early morning on a Sunday service was good. Atmosphere was decent some customers weren't happy they had been waiting for a while but that's likely to happen when you have a busy store service should also make sure that they have all of there straws and stuff stocked up though other than that they where decent for a change because I've been there at night and turn right back around because it was horrible. Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food is good but the employees clearly hate their job and hate you for making them do it. The dining room is consistently locked when it says it should be open. Employees are almost comically rude and unhelpful. I once sat in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes because they said “pull forward, we’ll bring it out to you.” I got tired of waiting and had to walk inside and go behind the counter and grab my order off the back counter where it had been sitting for I don’t know how long — the food was cold. Then the manager had the audacity to yell at me. I said nothing and left. I don’t know if this is only an issue with the night-shift staff, or if this location is just bad. Here I am a year later after telling myself I wouldn't ever come back to this location, but I figured why not its only a coffee, but no, there is always something wrong with this location. After waiting in the drive-thru lane for 10mins I asked if they accept Apple pay to my surprise the young lady told me that they were only accepting cash! No sign out front, no sign displayed on the menu, and nothing. I am done with this location! Hire some people who want to work there!

Well, this particular restaurant suffers from lack of employees & inconsistency. I normally stop here in the mornings on my way to work. I always order the exact same thing. i had to ask for new fries, but the frappe and chicken nuggets were awesome!!! as were the new fries! i know its not exactly the team's fault that old fries get served, its more the whole "food cost" limit set by corporate. the staff was very polite and respectful; could have been more well informed. the cashier at first told me i could not add to my order at the pickup window, even tho i said i would pull ahead and wait. i was very happy when said cashier opened up window and said i could add on the frappe! 🤩 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Big Mac
