When you go to a fast food restaurant, you expect a “Fast food” experience. But today the young man taking orders was so pleasant and polite, I could hear his smile and it made me smile. At both windows everyone was courteous and wished me well. After a not so pleasant morning that was the reason we chose to grab some quick food, this small and fast interaction actually made my day a little better. Five stars to today’s team! Thank you!

Maybe it's me.... if the manager was handing my food, you would think my order would be on point. When you have to double back because the nuggets I paid for was missing, you'd think the manager well throw in some something extra like desert or something.. Sorry, come again....I'd understand if there were busy, but I was the only one at pick up or 2 registers. I guess it was me wanting that vauled customer experience.....a moment missed. If you been to this location before there is no surprise. Always a wait in drive thru the good time is extremely early in the morning or late night. Always check your food before you leave here or in that case anywhere! They just updated this location to the new modern look but the inside was taped off so no playground for kids yet

I get it's Christmas but .. you have a line that goes out to the street and then... we wait half an hour to get to order a meal .... but you decide to let all the door dash people go first! Like make them wait along with all of us! The door dash people can wait! Unless y'all are also getting a cut out of door dash! stop serving breakfast too early, was there before 1030 but didnt get to order till just after. Think im going to stop eating at any mcDonalds for a while because all of them are like this it seems. 1 min late and they say screw you lol. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

They don’t get much worse than this. Cash only, and no receipt, but it didn’t matter as I asked for a refund after 15 mins waiting for a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee.

I am a delivery driver who picks up orders with numbers on them. These numbers are on my phone along with all other drivers who pick up. Somebody in management has seemingly told employees to keep the number that is displayed on the bagged order facing away from us. So basically we come in pressed for time and cannot see if an order might be ours or not. It is very hard to get assistance there for mobile orders because everybody is really busy. When we finally get some help they treat us like we're trying to steal the food. We have the entire number and order on our phone, but they don't want to see that, they want us to tell them the number, sometimes annoyingly two or three times. We are on the clock people, working for your customer. We are not the enemy, it won't be giving away state secrets if you make the number visible and ask us to verify it with our phone. So sad to say ..This McDonald's 2 years ago was the best in Pasadena. Today was devastating. No ketchup..no kids soft drink cups. No cookies..and cold food at 7pm.
