I picked up food from here Monday December 11. I got to the window and the employee, who clearly wasn't right in the head, made my milkshake and got some whipped cream on his fingers. He proceeded to lick/suck the whipped cream off of his fingers before handing my my milkshake. He rubbed his nose with the back of his hand before going back to his job. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, not salivaberry. I called the number on the window to leave a complaint, and also made one through the app and still haven't heard a response besides the generic corporate e-mail that the franchise would reach out to me. In this post-covid world food safety should be priority #1. Don't have kids who know nothing about hygiene handling our food. Every time these come out I got to have one. I don’t know what it is but they are delicious to me. the barbecue sauce is great, sweet and sour. The fresh onions with dill pickles just all go together perfectly. Things I don’t like is the auto self menu. It’s so Uber complicated. I really hate it. It should be easier than it is. Should just be able to click a McRib pay now - go - done. Instead you have 5 clicks just to get your damn food

I usually never review restaurants as I’ve worked in many and I know the struggles. But this McDonald’s does not have any sense of food safety. I watched a kid make a frappe, top it with whipped cream, lick his fingers then put my lid on. After he handed us our drinks and food he licked his fingers again and proceeded to go back to work without washing his hands. That’s gross. This was in customer view so I can’t imagine what is happening in the kitchen. Not to mention these employees have terrible attitudes for no apparent reason but that’s no surprise since most McDonald’s have become like that. Service: 1

Quality keeps going down. Ketchup covering everything and dried out meat. Kids in drive Tru were to busy playing around to care about their job. Prices are out of control for what you get. Very disappointing. If it was cheep food I can see getting away with the lack of quality but for the current prices I won't go back. I went through drive thru to get a coke. It was 3/4 full I asked the person to fill it up. He told me he could fill it up. He said he could not. He would add ice. I said no. He then shut the window and said "If you wanted it filled up, you should have came inside and done it yourself". Was not expecting that. I come almost everyday for a coke and occasionally lunch. I called to ask about a larger order for a neighborhood movie night. A shift manager took the time to help us get the most for our money by suggesting double cheeseburgers, instead of singles (value menu) and 6pc Nuggets instead of 4pc for a lower price. We really appreciated the fact that she didn't just take an order, but found a way to really help us. Another McDonald's nearby just said "no discount" and quoted prices. I'm glad I decided to call another location where they took time to help a customer. I thought her name was Kathy, but not sure. This was store #35994, Crossville Rd, Roswell, GA. The looks maxing blue haired worker tried to kick me out after i did nothing wrong and ordered 13 cookies and ate them all at one time in 3 bites.
