McDonald's is so consistent with their food items. The staff were very nice and polite. I didn't have to wait too long. I gave 5 stars because this McDonald's was perfect. There is way better food at other restaurants, in my opinion, but rated based on my expectations for fast food. This is a franchise, across the Little country probably not a big deal and some of the Southern States but when you get up north eating at a franchise McDonald's versus a corporate-owned dictates what you pay. Nothing wrong with this McDonald's it serves up the same old fair that you're used to however you will get charged a little more on certain menu items as they do not have to follow corporate pricing. Messed up order then had to wait way too long for it to come out, they did though give us a card to go back and give them a second chance but don’t know if we will. As when we got our food the main thing we were waiting for was cold like it had been sitting for a while the fries were hot though. I would give you a zero, but it won't let me. Very unprofessional. The very large manager tried to intimidate a 4'7" 60 year old woman with his large size and angry attitude. I've contacted corporate about his behavior. He couldn't handle being asked to do better next time. I've asked corporate to review the video. I almost went to the police station to report the threat. App wouldn’t take my payment.instructed me to go talk to crew member and did so. Seemed they didn’t know how to help me sort that out with the app. Called and asked to talk to manager and she said she is the only one there and up front or whatever and asked me to call back. Unbelievable!!! Seems they need to staff better. Plus never order pies from there. They deliver incorrect pies. Had difficulty with app on my phone it told me to go place order inside, I did so at kiosk. Didn't work correctly so I went to counter and the cashier was able to help. We are a mainly gluten free family so we ordered no buns. There were buns. I asked for new burgers and recieved a lecture, was I sure I ordered correctly because that's not normal to order both no buns. "That's not something they normally do" When uw as served to told the manager I get that he was trying to make things better before but why did he say that...he only said " bye" Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I realize its corporate to blame for shrinking the burgers and fish. However your job is so easy for what you get paid that you cannot put a Big Mac together. Our dinner looked more like sloppy seconds and of course sent no sauce with the nuggets. However the fries were perfect last visit to this one. Came in last week to get 2 breakfast sandwich one one the breakfast sandwich the egg was cold on. I called the store the guy on the phone said come back they will remake it I was on my way to work so I couldn't come back or I would be late. He said come back and they will remake it. So I came back today and they are refusing to make it because I didn't have a receipt. Make sure you always get a receipt. I have got over 10000 points on McDonald's app. This will be my last visit at this one. They don't honor what they say. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Two sandwiches. A bacon quarter pounder plain. Not only does it NOT have bacon, it has onions and lettuce. A McChicken with no mayo. Should be easy? Nope. Has mayo. We didn’t even get our food, Because How I felt about the situation. I was left irritated and made my night worse. LITERALLY Said that don’t know anything about the app. Took my phone as we show her the order, At first it was fine but after you’ve had my property for that it’s the consumer’s, it should be given back asap. Made me UNCOMFORTABLE.
