Breakfast today was good . I ordered my medium size mocha frappe which is always delicious. I normally order big breakfast on my birthday without the pancakes. Today had 3 stacks of light fluffy delicious pancakes. Egg and sausage also good. The biscuit looked good big and fluffy but unfortunately it was dry even with syrup . Everytime I go to this McDonald’s after 12 they don’t have fries or chicken nuggets. That makes no sense it’s literally the only side they have. This is ridiculous. There is no point being open 24/7 if they don’t have multiple main items available everytime I go. Their night shift employees need to be evaluated asap this has only been an issue the past 3 months. I’ve never had any issue like this before when ordering at night. They also did not give me my complete order that I paid for this is just unacceptable. Before these past few months they always had everything available. I am beyond frustrated. If 0 stars was an option I would have given 0. Food: 1 Service: 1

It's pretty sad up there the cashiers on Sunday morning. Just look at you and then turn around and walk away. I really truly wonder what they get paid to do to stand around and look at people.

At first it was a good service, but once I started ordering through the mc delivery my itesms were always missing. They would only deliver half of my order. And it’s not fair paying over $30 and not getting my complete order. This is the 3rd time it happens to me. I sure won’t be using the McDonald’s app anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1

Be careful using the kiosk because it doesn't print the receipt, and that causes a problem when you try and pick up your order. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My order was wrong last night and I was told to come back today. I couldn't remember the person name that I spoke with last night but I had my receipt. The manager Rosobia was friendly and very nice with assistance with my problem. Her politeness and professionalism will keep me coming back and waiting in the lonnnggg line for my food!!! Very busy McDonald’s as there isn’t any other place on this exit worth eating. Food is always fresh and delicious. However they have a hard time finding an online order on their app when you go pick it up. It’s a hit or miss with the service. I was very upset about my delivery. All of the food was cold and our drinks were melted. There's no way those fries were fresh. They were old and you could tell they had been sitting for a bit before they were even served. I do not blame the driver, as the bag was sealed. Rudest personel very careless. Ordered my food. Repeated myself to get to the window and still dint get my order right. Two people order taking and others wearing head sets and the job still dint get done. Got to second windown to be greeted by rude person who just handed me a bag with out even looking my direction like she was doing me a favor. I checked my bag and saw i was missing my kids fries. I told the rude window girl and she ignored me and kept talking w others. I held my phone out the window to pay since i was not charged, the window girl told me 2 pull up to the waiting area. I replied i needed to pay and she disregarded and said to pull up. A disgusting man came out with fries and asked for the $3. I told him i tried to pay at window. He was looking down at my chest as im wearing a formal dress. The most disrespectful bunch of people and a diagusting man telling me 2 get off and pay. Im not from the area, but i dint stop for this. I stopped to get my kids food. Left with out the other fries for my other child as i did not make a mistake the employees did and on top of that they get more disrespectful and raunchy while at it.
