Long hair across my sandwich, but it didn’t start there. My family and I came through the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes at the pick up window simply because they couldn’t get a Sprite to pour. Not really a problem, it happens, but it was odd that it took so long. When we got home, I saw the long hair on my sandwich, so I drove back and brought it to the counter. It was taken without a word and replaced without a word. No apology, not even a registration of surprise. It was the lack of surprise and the nonchalance that ended up turning my stomach.
