What is going on at this McDonalds? I frequent this one, but as of late their food service has died. For the third (and final time), they asked me to pull up so they can bring me my order. Now, it’s logical to think the burger would be fresh and hot since they’re making me wait for it. NOPE! I sat there for only about a minute before they brought the burger to me. The meat patty was cold and a bit tough. So they cooked a burger this morning and just threw it on in the afternoon? Can’t even finish this cold garbage of a sandwich. And it seems I’m not the only one as of late that has this complaint. In addition, the survey you can take in their receipt isn’t valid. At least the past two I’ve tried from here. So I can’t even fill out their survey. Went across the street to Carl’s Jr. and got a better burger for lunch. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1

I eat here regularly right now, and find that they get my order right virtually every time I eat here. In the past I've had trouble with their consistency when it came to Door Dash (no ketchup burgers came as ketchup only), but I never have this problem in the drive thru. I came through the drive thru at around 6:30 on Thursday march 7, ordered 2 waters and got told to park, waited five minutes and came through the drive thru again and got told I didn’t order in the drive thru by a manager, okay well it was clearly not her voice that I talked to so is she taking both lanes? Food is always consistent. Service and staff will always operate the same now matter what McDonald's you go to on the valley. They will forget something with your meal or mess something up, it's pretty rare when McDonald's employees get it right. Some stores are just better managed than others and it shows. This is the worst Mc Donald's. They NEVER watch their front end. Even as employees walk by you they don't say anything. Finally got frustrated and yelled out "is there a manager" when the so called manager came over she said "what's up?" So unprofessional I had to have my food remade 3 times because they couldn't figure out how to make a cheeseburger with only ketchup. I ordered my food and was asked to pull around the corner to wait. I waited for 15 minutes for my food and eventually went inside to ask why the wait was so long. I got in and the employee told me that they looked for me and couldn’t find me. I was watching the door the entire time and no one came out, and I was parked where they told me to park. They gave me my food as the employee and her coworkers laughed at me when I walked away. I got to my car and my food is cold and soggy because it was waiting for 15 minutes. Worst experience I've ever had picking up a delivery order. I'm waiting for 2 orders. And the Mgr. Starts to get my order together. Stops in the middle of it and is just talking with her employees and laughing. Then she asks another employee to get the order ready and says " oh it's all ready , it's just sitting there. " Then she proceeds to just stand there in the way and be with the employee trying to finish bagging my orders and the others just slowing things down. Then finally they are done and I'm asked to confirm my orders. I confirm both in front of her and she says I didn't confirm them. Even thow I'm showing her on my phone. Please get a mgr. That knows what they're doing with door dash. And tell the mgr. To help the employees not stand in the way and do absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever!! I hate this McDonald's. Either the kids always have an attitude, or they mess up my food. Every time. Today, I was told that they don't do 2 flavored frozen icees anymore. Why not? If it's on the menu, they supposed to do it. It's ALWAYS something.
