Well this is one of the best MacD in town... The experience is above the moon..., also the level of hygiene is very high ,they don't disappoint,I wish to visit them again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I personally felt unhappy. The store had 3 customers with me inside the store. I noticed that burgers were prepared with bare hands. This was on 14/08 at around 8pm. I brought it to the managers attention. She told me that the Department of Health gave the instruction that food cannot be handled with gloved hands as the plastic in gloves is unhealthy for the consumer. I did not pursue it further as I have yet to verify this explanation with McDonalds. It did not make sense as tongs could be used. Would this now mean that even health facilities should refrain from using gloves as well to protect health of patients. I will make further enquiries with MDonalds head office. Very bad service i must say, drive-thru we waited for close to 15-20, told us to park on the side for our iced coffee, waited for close to five minute on the side, eventually went in to ask. The manager asked when he was being called if the person calling him knows him? When he came out he just said “sorry” no explanation, nothing. Wasnt pleased at all. Very poor service I’m a fan of Mac Donald’s food but yesterday was the first time I went to this one at eMpangeni ever since I moved here, waited for 15 min for someone to take my order on the drive thru no sweat about waiting but to my surprise another 10 min later when I eventually get to the window where I’m supposed to pay the lady gives me a sorry we do not have fold overs, guys this was after 5pm surely they should have noticed that they where out of stock… I had a long day at work so I decided just to drive away but wow I’ve never had such poor service from any other mAcDonald’s before. The place was dirty. Not just o ly one table clean but the floors looked like it hadn't been washed in a couple of days. Chairs turn. The staff sits on their phones I stead of helping.

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order. It would have been more if I did not go to ask. After all the waiting, recieve cold coffee and a mix of cold and warm dounuts. Had to go ask again for the muffin. Completely poor service Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1

Love me some Macdonald they should just put their screens up cause we want to see the menu and not order of the top our heads

There is nothing Fast about Macdonalds fast food. They got a simple order incorrect about 5 time, each time correcting part of the order but forgetting the rest. Way to many people tried to solve this but couldn't get it right. Just to get home and see I was still given the wrong order! So frustrating. Spent over 30 minutes to leave with the wrong thing after multiple checks from staff. Horrible! Meal type Lunch Price per person R 50–100 Service: 1
