I called ahead of my visit for information about what I planned to buy. The information given to me on the phone was absolutely wrong. I asked whether the potato soup contained pork, and was told that it did not. It's against my faith to consume pork, and so I was understandably upset to find ham in my bowl of soup. I did inform the person that was (apparently) in charge and accepted her apology, but it was a negative experience for me. This McAlisters is really good 👍and super clean. Great staff too. Their food is ALWAYS consistently 😋so delish! We got a veggie potato 🥔and a chicken 🐔sandwich...yum... They have excellent service & as usual I had to go to the bathroom 🚻and it was nice and clean. My after work, to go order was not taken properly. Upon my arrival home this was discovered. I called and spoke with the manager she agreed to allow me to return the next day after work and she would redo the order. I feel like I got the kids menu or something. I've ordered here many times never got such a tiny sandwich. And the broccoli cheddar soup was very watery not one piece of broccoli in it just tiny ...won't order this again

Tea is ok,I like my tea a little strong theirs is a little weak. The veggie baked potato didn't have enough toppings on it. I like more vegetables on my tater. service finally got going after the wait line grew a little long, but everyone working that day eventually got things moving as a team should. Told cashier wanted extra ranch dressing when ordering. Didn't bring any with the salad, she went and got 2. I told her I needed more, she said, " there is an extra charge " , so I had a big salad with little dressing. Don't know if I will go back or not. May sound petty to some people, but I like a lot of dressing with my salad, and had ask for extra when I ordered. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

they screwed ip amd forgot something in my order and treated me like i did something wrong when inwent back to pick it up. then thy gsve me the smaller size sandwich which i didnt bother saying anything because of the ride treatment i got. the manager was a total jerk. mever going back.
