Bad service ever Marry Brown Klebang.. Wait almost 3 minutes at the counter, but the staff just ignores us and just doing their job rather than informing us to wait or else. When they came to serve, the chicken was always not ready, and they said it would take 1 hour to cook fried chicken. Seriously ?? Deserve no STAR actually !!! Please, Fazil Group, take a look at your staff attitude.

Due to lack of staffs, many leftover foods were not fully cleaned from the table. 1 of the staff came to clean it, but just rubbed off down to the floor. The workers are not so friendly & seems clueless (through their blurr faces)when working as if like they dunno whats their job scope and task, asked for no ice drink but they still put the ice, kinda annoyying , the fries also very pale and didnt occupied the whole packet, chicken also straight away put inside the box right after being cooked ( the chicken was less crispy and oily af) Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Slow service... Took 45 mins to get our food after order. Clearly mentioned don't want chicken wings when order... End up getting 2 pcs of chicken wings out of 4 pcs ordered... Super small chicken... It is a nice & cozy place to eat with a kid. Only a small shop lot can cater 4 groups dine in inside. It is very clean and the staff (lady) is very sweet. The counter guy in charge is also very friendly.. Overall, it is a nice place to dine with a group of welcoming staff 💕
