The outer part of fried chicken is so dry, feels like overcook. But the chicken is still juicy. The spice doesn't penetrate enough. What I really like is the salted egg paste. Love it! Meal type Lunch

Had a hard time locating it during lunch time. Followed the food court signage which lead us to nowhere and finally gave out. Might be due to hunger that I have missed out this nation's most favourite fast food chain. Only found it when we grab a car home. Noticed food court is quite empty with only 4 stalls opening. Hopefully it'll survive. Astala Vista!

Only four stalls available at this food court. And no cash, only by cards. All spicy chicken. A bit over fried, quite dry. Long queue. Wait for queue number. Ordered a Nasi Lemak Set and Korean Chicken set. Everything just sucks from the chicken to the fries and even the iced milo. The Chicken is so dry and overcooked and the Korean Chicken basically is the original flavour chicken topped with the Korean gravy and they called it Korean Fried Chicken, the nasi lemak taste so blend and the Fries done even taste like one, i would say even the roadside stall fried chicken is better than Marry Brown's, throughout the years, they have never made any improvement and its such a disgrace to Malaysian food. and the worst thing is we queued for an hour for order and another 15min for collection and stop eating the food in 10min, we barely finish even half... Q at this outlet for almost 20mins on 21st Oct '23, when my turn & i finish my order i was told that only card payments accepted not cash. I told the staff i don't have card with me. She showed to me a notice Cashless Payments Accepted. I told her it does not say no cash payment. I said the notice should be Cashless Payments only...No Cash... Waste of time at this outlet...even the Premium stores accepted cash but not a Fast-Food Chain??? Seriously... Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1/6/22 Delicious than KFC! Served HOT~ Taste Great~ Ordered a Happiness plate, it wasn't crowded that day, food was serve hot! The marinated fried chicken really tasty, can eat without sauce. It is interesting to see a Fried Man Tou/ Chinese Bun. Yummy! It taste like those in Chinese restaurant. The salad is so specials I can't find it else where except at Marrybrown. It is crunchy and gooooood!

i don't write bad reviews ...but the incident force me to write one..If possible I don't want to give one star also... It took me stand in order queue 20 min to get to know that need to wait 30 minutes for the chicken. this is what called fast food restaurant .. was told lack of manpower to serve food ..even taking order took so long... Is the management sleeping?
