Yesterday I came in with my family. It was approximately 6:30 pm. There were two visible workers behind the counter and no other patrons. I stood by the counter to order and no one acknowledged our presence. The female employee at the cash register was doing some work. I inquired if I was at the right place to order and she said yes. I waited for about 6 minutes till she finally said 'what yuh want', and with that, I told her 'don't worry, have a good night' and we left. No establishment will get my hard-earned money with this low level of customer service.

I ordered at 5:30pm on the phone..got a message saying my order was being prepared. Showed up at 7: 15pm to collect at the branch. And the worker told me they now going to start making my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Mixed experiences with the Mario's brand. Have interacted with some very rude people behind the counters who providing extreme service but also have had a few experiences where the individuals were pleasant and helpful. Personally I am not a fan of the Mario's pizza crust as it taste frozen. I must admit that Little Caesars has a much superior pizza product.

Usually my experience is decent at Mario's, unfortunately today is not a good day. Tropical storm Bret affected the quality of the pizza the same day it hit. How could this be.... my pizza was raw and I had to return it. I had no problems getting a new one however the second one was cooked but it was super greasy and the extra ingredients I paid for were very scant. $170 down the drain! I'm very unhappy!

Fast and efficient service, I always loved Mario's pizza 🍕 I live Barataria and imagine I call for pick up at Valpark because customer service there always answer the phone , can't say the same for San Juan branch.... I think the service there is poor....

Had to wait a while to be served. Didn't look like anyone was in a rush, but it was also a slow time. The order also took some time to fulfill. No WiFi - would have helped with the long wait. Location provides sufficient parking. Ambiance was dull... could be revamped to be more appealing.

Black particles in ice, leaving a black residue at the bottom of the drinks. Could possibly be plastic. The food was good. My order was wrong at first so it was corrected.

Food is good fast food. Mario's was the first pizzaria to use cheddar and still stick to that. Trinidadian pallets have grown up with that taste and always go back to it! Valpark was the first Mario's ever. The decore is a bit dated but the environment clean. The service is good and the products are outstanding!

Waiting for 50 minutes for a burger is ridiculous. The worst service in Trinidad.
