I was expecting so much more at my first Margaritaville. It took over an hour to get our food and we were 1 out of 2 tables in the entire restaurant! My son originally ordered ribs, and they came out and said they were all out. He then ordered a pulled pork sandwich and about 30 minutes later, the server came out again and apologized, but the pork was still frozen and it wouldn’t be available. My son finally just settled on some chicken wings. My chicken in the grilled chicken dinner was bland and dry. My husband didn’t say much about the grilled shrimp platter, but he ate it. My nieces enjoyed their chicken Alfredo. My other son liked his kid’s meal cheeseburger and it was all standard food. Nothing stood out. The server was polite and the problems were not her fault. We ate here just about 5 times for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was great every single time. We went to the bar within a few times as well. It was all so good! Food was delicious and the volcano and live performances made the entire atmosphere unbelievably awesome! The ceiling was a map and the floor looked like the ocean, which the kids loved pretending to jump in 😂 We had a great time here.

Staff was amazing! So kind! Bar tender knows how to make some tasty drinks. We loved it so much we ate there twice in 5 days. Only disappointment is they were out of souvenir cups. Volcano nachos!!! I recommend a part of at least 4 eat on it! It’s huge. Atmosphere was cool. Great vacation spot. Service Dine in

I go to Margaritaville every time I'm in Biloxi. Every time, I've had great service and interaction with the staff. I always sit in the bar area and talk with the bartender. However, yesterday, I was not acknowledged at all by the bartender even when I sat at the bar. There was 2 other couples there. Finally, Jess, who was awesome, gave me a menu. She took great care of me! Not sure what was going on with the older male bartender but it was definitely off-putting. I work in the restaurant industry and if you work for tips, kindness goes a long way. Great music!!! I loved sitting and looking around the ceiling and walls. A must try when in Biloxi. The Grilled Chicken & Rice platter was delicious, chicken could have been a little better. Tried to eat here. Had 20 open tables. They took our name and number and put us on their wait system. They said it would be about 5 minutes. We waited 50 minutes checking back with the hostess often. I asked if they could give me a realistic wait time at the 50 minute mark. They said another 20 minutes. Still had 1/2 the tables in the restaurant open. We left and will never be back to Margaritaville. Service: 1

Noone came up to us to seat us. I had to get someone's attention after 2 staff members passed us. We ended up going to Doe's and I gave my table up at Margaritaville

Absolutely delicious! We are from Ohio and we ordered the margarita pizza and barbecue wings. The food is amazing. The crust is perfect , the cheese is melted to perfection. The new cook knows what he is doing!! Was the wait long? No ma’am. We ordered while we’re playing games in the massive arcade. Seems to me most complaints are are about the wait time. Order before you’re hungry and you’ll be good as gold ;)
