Have had their pizza several times, always perfect prior to tonight. Starting off, when I called in and placed the pickup order, I was told the industry standard 20 minutes and in the past that was pretty accurate. Not tonight. From the time I called in until the food was in my hands was 1 hour. Yes they were busy and multiple vehicles were parked waiting. 20 minutes IS NOT AN HOUR! You don’t tell multiple customers 20 minutes and make them wait an hour. Making things worse, I immediately felt the pizza and it was barely warm. Finally, there was almost no sauce and historically Marco’s sauce is what makes it. Poor turn around time, lonnnnnggggg wait, tasteless. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1

Was told pizza ready on the tracker and when I got to window they said it will be another 7 minutes because they don't know where my pizza went and had to make me a new one. Obviously it went to someone else. Don't you have someone keeping track of what orders are going where. They went above and beyond and corrected the mistake be giving me a free pizza.
