Really nice restaurant inside the hospital. The food was delicious and hot and fresh. I had the chicken sandwich and fries. My husband had the burger. We also had the Naan bread appetizer. We both enjoyed the food very much! The place also has good selections in their salad bar. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend trying this place. It won't disappoint! I recently visited this restaurant inside the hospital in Castle Rock and I was blown away by the incredible experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience. The prices were incredibly low, especially considering the high quality of the food and service. I was impressed with the selection of dishes, and decided to try the short braised beef dish which was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and juicy, and the flavor was rich and complex. I also appreciated the generous portion size, which left me feeling satisfied without breaking the bank. But what really made my experience stand out was the amazing customer service. The staff was attentive and responsive to all of my needs, making sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. They were friendly and engaging, taking the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome. I’ve had quite a few restaurants in castle rock and this place blows them away by comparison. This is an absolute gem at the hospital. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal with excellent customer service, low prices, and amazing flavors. The short braised beef dish was a standout, but I'm sure all of the other menu items are just as fantastic. Five stars all around!

wow, delicious small and main plates. very affordable and plenty of gluten free options for me. we sat at the bar and our waitress was so good to us! you don't tip here, they pay them well and donate all tips. sustainable model as well. elotes was good, short rib and gf pizza was my favs. the brownie was absolutely amazing to end the night. I volunteer at the hospital and Friday January 12th I went down to the restaurant and checked what the soup of the day was and when it said New England salmon chowder I was a little skeptical at first but when I ate the soup at home IT WAS THE BEST THING IVE EVER TASTED. I have a few 5 star dining experiences and this soup was still the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Please don’t take it off the menu, I would just die if you did. I highly recommend it. Since it is actually inside the hospital, I really wasn't sure what to expect. The reviews were great & they have many gluten free options, so I thought we'd give it a try. I was so impressed! Unbelievably good food. The Birria Bowl they served was incredible. The staff are amazing and there’s always a happy atmosphere especially coming from the Kitchen. My thanks go to all who work here that take care of you while you visit the hospital. This is definitely my FAVORITE!!!! I would drive over half an hour to just eat here. I ran into this restaurant in accident, and I fell in love with it. I have been taking my friends to this restaurant, and all of them love this restaurant! Farm to table restaurant. Fresh food! Great flavor! Reasonable price! You name it!!! They change their menu every a couple of months. I cannot find any where else for this type of quality tasty food for equal amount of money!!! Service is great, and it’s super chill!! This is my go to place if I want a three course meal! I have been eating here for over one year, and the quality has been consistent!! My go to place for a burger. Definitely love their burgers! Definitely the most cost effective burger in town! Can’t wait for them to change menus so I can continue try things there!

All I can say is that the food was outstanding, incredible flavor, excellent presentation. We had the Cola braised short rib, cilantro lime wings, chicken enchilad soup and roasted tomato soup with burrata. It's odd that food this good is found inside a hospital. Manna is an underrated Castle Rock gem - This unassuming little restaurant at the bottom of the Adventist Hospital provides guests with a surprisingly gourmet dining experience in intimate booths in a quiet area off the lobby. Manna has a wide variety of amazing Vegan options including dairy-free cheese, plant-based meats, and a range of customizable plates that can be made vegan after removing an ingredient or so. This restaurant is tip-free so the staff receives a wage without relying on gratuity and they’re routinely helpful and friendly. For the high grade of food offered Manna is amazingly affordable and oftentimes we leave paying less than $35 for two people including an appetizer. Definitely check out Manna as it’s one of Castle Rock’s best dining experiences with actual chefs in the kitchen, seasonal menus, and cozy vibe.
