Well, this is an amazing hidden gem in Spokane. A friend and I wanted Thai Food, so we googled the restaurant and found this restaurant. We did not realize that it was by reservation only, but the owner had some availability. I ordered the Red Curry dish that was AMAZING! They add slices of fresh pumpkin to it. When I say fresh, I mean that the cook (his wife) went into the garden and got a pumpkin! How cool was this!? They are only open for a short window, but all money is donated to help elephants. This place is totally obscure. I got the Dutch baby with lemon custard and blueberries. It was absolutely fantastic. Explosive flavor. I think I made a little noise when I took my first bite. WOW! I can't say enough about how good it was. The paintings on the walls were apparently painted by elephants in Thailand. Incredible to say the least. I really like this place and can't wait to go back.
