Super super super slow, if u have 1 hour waiting for 3 individual cakes, then come here. Not to mention the staffs are rude and super slow at handling orders. To type in 3 cakes receipts takes 10 mins

Very long waiting time! I don’t understand why can’t they divide their counter to categories like customers, runner etc. I’m only here as a customer for one cake. But I had to wait super long for other runners to finish their order with 10> cakes. Very bad management. And the person working behind the counter is only one? Wow unbelievable. You got so many profits why can’t you hire more employees to cater the orders? The employee looked tired for working alone and didn’t even smile to customers. Very bad experience.
