There is no manager at this restaurant and I paid $60 for 3 dirty fries that they gave me half a cheese sauce cup with. They said its their new policy for to-go orders. So for $60 I get 1/2 a cheese sauce cup with my dirty fries. Bad move Maind Bird. You just lost our business. Many other hot chicken places out there. This is a fake main bird. I have ordered from uber eats & 3-4 times, their quality & taste were burnt, overcooked, tasteless & rotten. If you ask uber eats for refund or complain they won’t trust you. They user to be good with the same taste. First time here and it was a great experience! Didn't know how to order but Travis politely guided on what to do and thanked me for coming in. Food is AMAZING! Got the double combo of both comeback sliders and OMG yum yum yum! Fries were crispy and hot! You can tell everything is made fresh. Will be coming back! Totally overpriced but it was still good. Total came out 40$ just for a burger and a dirty Mac, crinkle fries and chicken tenders just for 40$ we were gonna get Popeyes but seen the red bright and saw chicken and we though we would try it out. Wanted to try it but it’s 25 minutes until closing & the door is already locked. 11/30/2023. This place was recommended to me because I work night shift & they’re “ open late”. Wasted my gas and my time. There are people inside. Girl inside with glasses just looked at me and turned her head. I won’t be back. Awful first impression.

Loved their sliders and options. Easy to order and quick in service. Cozy place and large groups may find it difficult to sit. Overall kids loved their sandwich and waffle fries.
