We visited 2 and a half weeks ago, and the fish and chips were delicious. The food is cooked in Canola oil, which is a big bonus. I asked for vinegar on my chips and the staff even packaged the fish separately, so the fish wouldn't go soggy. Good sized fish pieces. Curry rolls have rice which I did not expect (but nice). I only noticed well after I placed my order, but they have paua fritters. I'll have to go back now. I've been going to this place for 4 years. It's my local "chippie". The staff are friendly, helpful, and always glad to see me and my flatmate. Some great conversations have been a delight to have.
