The lemon meringue cupcake was very average. Maybe even below average. Barely any lemon flavor, you can tell they don't use fresh lemon. The meringue was sad. The cupcake texture was nice and fluffy. It's great to have a gluten-free option for anyone that needs it. Do not apply to their online job postings as they will not contact you and will sign you up for their newsletter without consent.
