At times one just likes to go out have a beer and a bite.
Yes they renovated it ..so far so good .
Not bad appearance.
But when it comes to overall customer satisfaction or care ...minus minus minus.
Sorry to say ,but thought after all these issues here with Covid ..no business no tourist .places opening atleast should try some better services and not start of with the same or worse way of service ...who you expect to come after all then ...
3 own experiences I had in same place .
Never thought I should mention .
But I need to do that others not trap in same queries.
One time ordered a food.
When paying a complete other but higher price was charged .
Asking why ,they say new product .
But that was on a list with a given price .
We ended up paying higher ofcourse but I mentioned it to the bar tender if they don't change it also on their display ,they may get loads problems once tourist come .
It's not correct to sell something with a display on the tabel with a price but charge more .
Not the bar tender foult but who ever owns that establishment has no professionalism in it ...fully unorganized and maybe he should better make a customer course in Europe or abroad ..not in Sl ....
Second time ordered food ..chicken tikka ...some time later the waiter came up saying no chicken ...
Ok no chicken ..so we choose some other stuff
3 time ordered again chicken tikka ..
Had a beer ..after about 15 min the waiter came up saying no chicken tikka ....ok ..
No worries but after 15 min he only knew about it .
Is the kitchen not trained enough to mention maybe that there is not available this or that or only in certain quantities ...can't be too much asked isn't it ?
Or is the interest just not enough .
Manager there ..so what is his duty ...I ask my self ..fully overpayed job for this restaurant I guess ..or better get new staff in general ...
Sorry folks no need ever go back ...
Or better just put out a board saying what is not availabel ..would make things so easy ...

wish nobody come this ugly restaurant.
Only one place ask extra service charge .
taste also not good.
There is no notice inside menu, outside wall.
They dont keep common rules.......
