Incredible ambience. Extremely efficient and helpful staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious and the range of cocktails was impressive. I have been staying at the Hilton in Port of Spain for almost 4 years now. Didn't realise this restaurant was there. Service was great. Portions for the sushi significant. Had a great drink also. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was a spontaneous night when we visited. No reservation was made. We were seated with no issue. Our rolls came in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant server. Great night! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was my birthday. I saw the birthday plaque @ the end of my stay. The phone attendant knew it was my birthday when i made the reservations. It would have been nice to welcome me with the table plaque as I wanted full experience. The food didn't take too long. The waiter., I didn’t get his name, of Indian decent was extremely considerate and helpful , of my mom specifically as well as the rest of us. Though, the table had a little spill or mess right in front of me when I first took my seat so maybe a little more observant when cleaning for knew customer. OVERALL THE SERVICE WON. The food was 😊 greattttt!!! I loved it there. I will definitely be returning. Special thanks to All the staff that attended us. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food, the view, the service was amazing. The drinks! Red dragon roll didn't disappoint for the sushi lovers. If your not into to sushi, the burger is phenomenal. There's also pasta and Tapas menu

Great service, great food... awesome experience! Joseph was both our bartender and waiter his product knowledge was extensive and his service was exceptional. We enjoyed everything he recommended. My friends and I chose different dishes to sample and our tastebuds had their own delightful experience. Definitely will return!
