Having seen Archibald Smith Plantation Home, it's time to have a rest at this bar. Good brisket, patty melt and quinoa salads are among the dishes to be ordered at Loyal Tavern. Great experience on a college football Saturday afternoon! Atmsophere was lively...food was very well prepared in this upscale sports bar establishment...outstanding, friendly service...plenty of large screen televisions around bar area and restaurant seating for viewing...highly recommend for food, drinks and watching sports

We came here for the start of NFL football season. We had a group of 12 people. Hayden was our server and she did a FANTASTIC job of caring for our big group. went here for the first time to grab a to go order at the bar & was super impressed. courtney was on her game & got my order to me super quick! even made sure to check in on me after i got my order :) also, they have taco mac style ranch- but better!! & they aren’t stingy with it like tmac. great experience & will be back! Great restaurant/bar! Very friendly and courteous staff. The 2 of us walked it at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night and figured the kitchen would be closed. Not the case at all. The manager greeted us, said come in order whatever you would like. Food was good and hot! Highly recommend. They easily could have turned us away. Great job LT! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Giving this establishment 1 star is giving this establishment more than they deserve by far. The staff is awful, well 98% of them. You can be a sitting in there an empty bar and have to beg for service 99% of the time. In fact, there are even times when the bartenders go MIA for who knows how long. The owener Bob is so absent that he makes decisions based on things that are untrue and can not make the time to address them. It is kind of crazy because most nights you can drive by and see literally ZERO people at the bar. BOB, you can't be that busy. The only good thing I can say is the food has improved since the beginning. Jeremy and Manny has always given amazing service and makes a point to say unlike the rest of the staff. The sad part is you let some review that said something untrue lose a good customer. Bob, you definately have bigger fish to fry than what 1 untrue review says. In fact, we have talked in person and I said all of these same things to you verbally. So my review is not based your decision to believe the bad review you read. Now read this one and let it simmer. We are regulars and haven’t had one bad experience here! We live in Gwinnett and drive out to Roswell to get our favorite wings, passing several other places on the way. It’s a sports bar on Canton St so the food doesn’t have to be good. Best to ask for the wings extra crispy. Atmosphere is ok. Big beers on tap are inexpensive. We have gone here three times and every time we have gone the food has been fresh and amazing. The service has been awesome as well! The head cook is an awesome guy and recognized us. We love wings and this is our new favorite place! The Buffalo lemon pepper wings are amazing! Good food. Friendly staff. Lots of TVs for Sat/Sunday game days. Loved my burger and the fries were very good. Great beer list. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 star was the lighting. They keep it dimly lit like Marlows Tavern and for a sports bar while hanging out with friends I’d rather it be a bit more bright. Petty, I know, but I’m not on a date, I’m hanging out watching sports so... lol. But definitely will go back.
