Disappointing service and disappointing food quality. Service- they gave our booked table to someone else. Waiter forgot to bring drinks ordered. Food - My burger which I was happily told would be medium done, was so well done that it just crumbled to pieces. Steak was cold inside although medium done. Pizza was sub standard. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Don't want to complain a lot, but it seems we have been unlucky. No good service, Jack hammering in the tasting room / cellar without consideration for guests, uninformed staff, and building work all around. Perhaps it will be better again one day (no one seems to know for how long this will go on).

The server was witty and friendly, and offered valuable recomendations when prompted to do so. The aroma of roasting coffee beans created a lovely atmosphere and the immaculate gardens and magnificent scultures were a joy to behold. A lovely place to meet friends and catch up.

Beautiful well kept gardens with waterfeatures. Tea and cake in the Coffee shop inder the old trees is a relaxing ritual. Friendly knowledgeable staff. A peaceful experience
