As a chain coffee shop, this shop CHARGES you for using SOCKETS!!!!! You have to pay for using SOCKETS in a COFFEE SHOP. This is the first time ever that I know you have to pay for coffee and for using sockets in a store. This is absolutely not a place where you want to come if you are planning to use your laptop or do your work. The quality of service is below average where baristas ignore you. I have to stand there for 5 mins until them hand me a straw.

This is a quiet and cosy place to drink a cup of coffee/tea and also have a nice sandwich/bagel. Friendly and helpful staff, even if you don't speak Chinese. Top marks to all.
