Had a lovely 60 min massage and stayed for dinner too. Massage was firm and nice oils used, take card for payment for massage. Dinner had Chinese, Indian, thai and local option, we chose Thai and it was great, full of flavor. Total for meal and 2 beers was around 50,000tsh.

This was more like a lazy Swedish massage. The masseur used oil, but didn’t do any stretching or movement. I had to ask her at the end if she was going to do the stretchy things that I love about Thai massages. I spent a year in Thailand and have never had a “Thai” massage like this. Way overpriced for what it was too.

Lotus Thai Restaurant and Spa is located near Arusha airport in a secluded plot of land that has been developed to resemble South East Asian architecture. The staff are extremely welcoming and the ambiance is serene with private dining tables, fish ponds and flora. The food was outstanding and well prepared in fairly large portions. They offer traditional Thai dishes as well as Indian and Chinese cuisine. I would definitely recommend trying their spring rolls as a starter dish!! Can’t wait to go again!

It was really nice! One of the best meals I had in Arusha. It really reflects the Thai culture and serve a lot of great Thai food, prices are really low compared to the quality. Very recommended.

I’ve personally not been to the spa, but they have opened a restaurant in the same compound. The Thai food there is probably the best I’ve tasted in Tanzania and Kenya. The looks really lovely and its good for couples and families. Peaceful environment. Ive added pictures of their menu because it was nowhere to be found online.
